Banner Artwork File Preparation Guidelines / Emailing Instructions For Print-Ready




Thank you for your interest in our banner products.  We prefer artwork files that have at least 72DPI at banner full size.  


We print our banners at full size so there is no need for bleeds.  Please take notice that we hem and grommet our banners at about 2 to 2 1/2 feet from the edges.


As far as the file format is concerned, first we prefer AI or EPS format in CMYK, and if possible, its associated fonts.  If you can not produce these formats, please send us the file in JPEG or PDF format in CMYK.  Please email the artwork file to us at sales@nortonsigns.com.  Our email account can take up to 20MB per email file.


If the artwork file is too large for email transmission, please convert and compress the artwork file to a JPEG format, choosing the parameter that yields the smallest file size without distorting the picture quality, and then email the much-smaller-sized artwork file to us at sales@nortonsigns.com.  Our email account can take up to 20MB per email file.  Or another way would be to post your artwork file on a website and then email us the file link.  We will download the artwork file from this link.


Another way to send your artwork file to us is to use www.yousendit.com.  It would be better and faster if you could upload your artwork file there.  

 
It is very easy and convenient to use YouSendIt.  Please go to www.yousendit.com and logon to it using these ID and password we provide you.  The ID is zw2228886@163.com and the password is 123456.  After you login, please put our email address sales@nortonsigns.com in the email address field.  Then select your artwork file to send.  And then click on the Send It button.  Please upload your files to the maximum of per file and total files of 100MB only.
